Service Designer
Euroclear is building a team for the development of new services. You will get a great opportunity to make your impact in how they develop their services and strive towards offering the right services with great user experience. You will participate in strategically important projects as they are looking for new businesses. Ideally you have a broad experience in design thinking and client experience domains. You have a good track record in collaborating with clients as well as agile teams implementing the services. You will succeed in your work when you desire to make clients’ life easier.
We expect you to have experience on:
- UX Design / Visual Design
- UI Design
- Relevant tools such as Figma and Miro whiteboard
- Creating visual elements for web pages
- Arranging client sessions for understanding the customer journey and specific requirements related to the journey
We consider as a plus if you have experience on sequencing prototypes in visual format such as video and creation of design system. We hope that you are eager to take on initiatives and learning new things and embrace building good team spirit and fluent teamwork.
